As a queer person, I see myself as part of a community whose ideas and needs are particularly close to my heart. My feminist stance shapes my perception of the world in a way that influences my visual language and my working methods. I firmly believe that the images that surround us every day influence our view of the world and our understanding of society. For people from marginalized groups in particular, authentic representation in media such as photography is essential for social participation and visibility, and thus also for their own identification. For me, dealing with discrimination and power structures is part of my work as well as my everyday life, and I understand being human as a constant learning process about these topics, among others.

This engagement is reflected in my visual language, in the choice of models, poses, outfits, locations, and all other elements that contribute to the creation of a good image. Throughout the entire process, from the first contact, the development of the image idea, and during the shoot on set, I pay attention to discrimination-sensitive language, both verbal and visual.
