bio

As a freelance photographer, the camera is my technical tool for visual storytelling, creating visibility, and capturing what surrounds me in vibrant colours. As an artist, my work is influenced by my own experiences and interests; themes of youth culture, identity, and social issues run through many of my projects. My feminist perspective is rooted in my queer experience, and I aim to create images shaped by empathy, safer spaces, and trust. My discrimination-aware approach is based on theoretical education, academic research, and my own lived experience, shaping how I work with people and how I move within the environments I photograph.

For me, my camera is also a tool for activism—raising awareness and bringing forward what often remains unseen. Alongside photography, my practice includes video, illustration, animation, 3D, typography, and graphic design, allowing me to explore stories across multiple media. My background in fashion design and my studies in Integrated Design at the University of the Arts Bremen influence my visual language through composition, material sensitivity, and an intuitive sense of colour and form.

Raised in Hannover and now based in Bremen, I work across portrait, documentary, and stage photography, always with a focus on authenticity, depth, and human connection.
